Fibre Technicians Technical Training

​Developed a 10-week digital learning pathway to onboard new fiber technicians and provide refresher training for existing staff. This custom-built technical training solution showcases my full range of learning design expertise, including scripting, filming, branding, LMS population, and end-to-end development. The pathway integrates e-learning, video, animation, graphics, sound bites, interactive documents, and pedagogically sound design principles.​
